Whilst we only hire human beings to make decisions for all the job applications we receive, Clarence joined the team in 2017 to improve the initial application experience.
He's responsible for ensuring every person gets a personalised response to their application before it's forwarded to a Consultant for review.
Clarence doesn't get much spare time, but when he does, he enjoys skydiving and abseiling.
